Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Provide information regarding clinic services, treatments, and procedures.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle patient queries and resolve basic concerns promptly.
- Manage daily appointment records and follow-up calls.
- Collect and update patient details in the system.
- Coordinate billing/payment-related queries with the accounts team.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-focused approach.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
