Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Development Engineer Intern to join our R&D team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about electronics, embedded systems, instrumentation, and product development. You will gain hands-on experience in developing environmental monitoring and IoT-based products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, assembling, and testing electronic circuits and prototypes.
- Support embedded system development, sensor interfacing, and basic programming.
- Help in the assembly and testing of electrical panels and monitoring instruments.
- Assist in sensor integration, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Support hardware testing, validation, and field trials.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Work with the R&D team to improve existing products and develop new solutions.
- Learn and follow product quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Understanding of electronic components, sensors, and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with Arduino or any microcontroller platform is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming is an added advantage.
- Ability to read simple circuit diagrams.
- Good learning attitude, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, or a related engineering discipline.
