Core Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Warmly greet and assist guests, identifying and attending to VIPs and special requests.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly handle guest complaints and inquiries, collaborating with departments for swift resolution.
- Operational Support: Assist with check-in/check-out processes and coordinate amenities, transportation, or event bookings.
- Feedback Management: Proactively collect guest feedback during their stay to improve service, encouraging positive reviews.
- Information Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
