Job description:
* Drive IT sales to meet both individual and team targets.
* Generate business through platforms like Upwork, PPH & Guru.
* Identify and close new inbound and outbound leads.
* Must be able to handle team
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of BDEs or sales executives.
* Coordinate with the technical team to create proposals and manage project delivery timelines.
* Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and demos with international clients.
* Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements:
* 1–5 years of experience in IT sales or a similar business development role.
* Strong hands-on experience with Upwork, PPH, and Guru bidding platforms.
* Proven track record in both inbound and outbound lead generation and closures.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) for international client interactions.
* Team handling or leadership experience is essential.
* Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a strong plus.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
