Franchise Development
· Familiarizing clients with all products and services offered by our company, engage potential customers for new franchise opportunities, craft business proposals, negotiate the agreement terms, and close the deals
· Lead sourcing, identification, selection and on-boarding of Franchisee partners for our various QSR & Fine Dine chain of restaurants
· Acquiring new Franchisee relationship for the assigned region in line wiht compnay's business pland and expantion strategy.
· Source new prospects through various initiatives such as client referrals, event management and lead generation, customer visits etc.
· Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
· Understand market potential and help identify trade areas to open COCO, FOCO and FOFO outlets
· Market & demographic research to identify the most profitable locations in the target areas.
· Lead a team of Business Development executives to deliver Sales goals, execute their training calendar, identify their training needs and opportunities for them; develop and implement a plan for meeting those needs. Equip them with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
