Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall operations of the center, ensuring smooth delivery of mental wellness and related services, high service standards, and a strong client experience.business.
Own the center’s P&L, including revenue growth, budgeting, cost control, margin improvement, and periodic business reviews.
Drive business development through school partnerships, institutional alliances, corporate relationships, referral channels, and community outreach initiatives.
Develop and expand school health programs, student wellbeing initiatives, awareness workshops, and preventive mental wellness offerings.
Create and execute annual and quarterly business plans for revenue generation, service expansion, utilization improvement, and market penetration.business.
Lead, coach, and manage multidisciplinary teams across operations, wellness delivery, coordination, outreach, and support functions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, counselors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, profitability, conversions, client satisfaction, program participation, utilization, and team productivity.
Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to enhance brand visibility, center positioning, and business growth.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, reporting requirements, and process compliance across center operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Psychology, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
7–12 years of overall experience, with relevant exposure in wellness, healthcare, preventive health, education-linked services, or allied sectors.
Mandatory prior experience in business development and revenue generation.
Strong hands-on exposure to P&L management, budgeting, and commercial performance review.business.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in school engagement, institutional partnerships, or program-led service businesses will be an advantage.
