Job Description:
· Recruitment & Selection of candidates for respective positions with the help of job portals and HR Consultancies
· Induction & Orientation of selected candidates
· Joining and Exit formalities
· Maintaining HR forms & formats (Exit form, Training record, Leave application, loan application, etc)
· Understanding and working on ERP for payroll
· Knowledge of ESSL track time for attendance download and bio metric entry of new joinee
· Preparing final payable days sheet for salary processing
· Maintaining Employee Database, department wise dashboard (disciplinary), Employee files, attendance record
· Generation of Employee Code
· Implementation of Employee Identification Card
· Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for Junior and Middle Management
· Fortnightly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews of new joinees
· Implementation of KRA’s
· Coordination with vendors for admin related work
· Responsible for Documentation viz., Leave policy, Code of Conduct, Travel policy, Late Sitting policy, etc)
· Responsible for understanding Training Needs of the employees and preparing Training Calendar
· Assisting Senior HR for Employee Engagement activities (Occasions: Republic Day, Dussera, Company Anniversary, etc)
· Handling Provident Fund and ESIC related queries
· Implementation of 2’s in admin
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
