Job Overview
At PUMA, we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving sales, leading store operations, developing your team, and ensuring the store consistently meets PUMA’s brand and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve store performance targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold PUMA’s service standards.
- Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage, and store operations.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage daily store activities.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
