About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, social media strategy, community engagement, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and social media copy.
- Design or coordinate creatives, reels, and video content with the design team.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads is a plus).
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to execute campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
Required Skills
- 0-6 months of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools..
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
