We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and patient-focused Skin, Hair & Laser Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical understanding with excellent counseling and sales skills to guide patients through their treatment journey while contributing to clinic growth and patient satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultation & Counseling
- Conduct detailed skin and hair assessments through visual evaluation and diagnostic tools.
- Understand patient concerns related to skin conditions, hair loss, hair restoration, laser treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, timelines, risks, benefits, and aftercare requirements.
- Address patient queries with empathy, professionalism, and transparency.
Hair Transplant & Laser Treatment Counseling
- Counsel prospective patients regarding hair transplant procedures, benefits, expected outcomes, and recovery timelines.
- Explain various laser treatments, including indications, suitability, benefits, and expected results.
- Collaborate closely with dermatologists, hair transplant surgeons, and laser technicians to create customized treatment plans.
- Assist patients in making informed decisions regarding treatment options.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly consultation conversion targets and revenue goals.
- Promote and upsell treatment packages, aesthetic services, and skincare/haircare products.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, consultations, and patient prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Contribute to patient acquisition, retention, and overall clinic growth initiatives.
- Maintain a high conversion ratio while ensuring ethical and patient-centric counseling practices.
Patient Experience & Relationship Management
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with patients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor treatment progress and patient satisfaction.
- Manage patient expectations effectively throughout the treatment journey.
- Encourage repeat visits, referrals, testimonials, and long-term patient engagement.
- Ensure a superior patient experience at every touchpoint.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, treatment recommendations, and follow-up interactions.
- Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and patient communications with doctors and clinic staff.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Update CRM systems and clinic management software regularly.
Professional Development
- Stay updated with advancements in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, laser technologies, and hair restoration treatments.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and product knowledge sessions.
- Continuously improve consultation, communication, and sales skills.
Clinic Standards & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism within the consultation area.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, patient safety protocols, and service quality standards.
- Support the clinic's commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Cosmetology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Dermatology, or a related field preferred. (NOT MANDATORY)
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in:
- Dermatology Clinics
- Aesthetic Clinics
- Hair Transplant Centers
- Cosmetic Clinics
- Wellness Clinics
- Skin & Laser Clinics
- Proven experience counseling patients for:
- Skin treatments
- Hair loss treatments
- Hair restoration therapies
- Hair transplant procedures
- Laser treatments
- Aesthetic procedures
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of dermatology, aesthetics, laser treatments, and hair restoration procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultation and patient counseling abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Exceptional patient relationship management skills.
- Ability to explain medical and aesthetic procedures confidently and professionally.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and clinic management software.
