Job Title: Production Operator
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Job Summary: Meet daily output and ensure zero defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Batterypack Assembly, Spot Welding on pack.
- Inspect and rework Weld joints.
- Assemble, test, and pack Batteries.
- Read work instructions.
- Maintain equipment and ESD safety.
- Record data in inspection reports.
- Follow 5S and cleanroom rules.
Qualifications:
- High school or ITI Holder,
- 1–3 years soldering experience.
- Micro-soldering skills, steady hands.
- Basic computer use.
