Shift : Night Shift (US / Australian shift)
Key Requirement
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process.
- Strong sales and customer handling skills.
Skills & Eligibility
- Excellent verbal communication in English is mandatory.
- Handle inbound customer calls and address customer queries effectively.
- Promote and guide customers on the company's products/services.
- Understand business objectives and contribute towards achieving performance targets.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with company tools and applications.
