- Supervises the safe delivery, rigging, and installation of DG sets. Ensures compliance with electrical codes, anti-vibration mountings, and acoustic enclosure standards.
- Executes scheduled PM checklists—such as oil changes, coolant top-ups, filter replacements, and battery checks—to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Diagnoses mechanical engine issues (fuel system, air intake, exhaust) and electrical faults (alternator, control panels, synchronizing gear).
- Monitors bulk and day-tank fuel levels. Coordinates timely diesel refueling and tracks fuel consumption metrics.
- Supervises junior technicians, assigns daily maintenance tasks, and enforces safety protocols (PPE, lock-out/tag-out procedures).
- Maintains detailed service logs, prepares failure analysis reports, and ensures generator emissions and noise regulations are met.
- Provides rapid on-site support during power outages or critical equipment failures to ensure uninterrupted power for facilities like hospitals, data centers, or telecom sites.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
