We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our team.
Requirements:
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Customer handling & problem-solving skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and data in Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related issues
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
