Job Summary
The Packing Assistant is responsible for packing finished products as per approved packing procedures, ensuring product quality, proper labeling, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished orthopedic medical devices as per approved packing instructions.
- Verify product quantity, batch number, labels, and packaging materials before packing.
- Ensure products are packed without damage or contamination.
- Perform visual inspection of products before packing.
- Maintain packing records and complete required documentation accurately.
- Report damaged or non-conforming products to the supervisor.
- Assist in loading, dispatch preparation, and inventory handling when required.
- Support production and warehouse teams in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Preferred)
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Attention to detail
- Basic documentation skills
- Teamwork and communication
- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
- Time management
- Physically fit to handle packing activities
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years in packing, production, warehouse, or dispatch.
- Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
