Lead discussions on HCM data conversions, integrations, reporting, application extensions and technical architecture across Oracle HCM modules;
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with orchestration, transformation, error handling, REST/SOAP services, JSON, XML, SQL, and PL/SQL;
Perform HCM data migration and conversion activities using HDL, HSDL, FBDI, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI;
Build and maintain Fast Formulas, reports, extracts, dashboards, and technical components supporting Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and related modules;
Troubleshoot technical issues, validate conversion data, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the implementation lifecycle;
Configure and manage flexfields, lookups, value sets, Functional Configuration Manager, and user-defined tables;
Support production environments by monitoring integrations, troubleshooting and resolving performance and technical issues , maintaining coding standards and best practices;
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
