Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud Core HCM Technical Consultant, you’ll join a collaborative and fast-growing Oracle Cloud Applications Center of Excellence (COE) team focused on delivering high-quality HCM solutions and exceptional client experiences. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, integrations, reporting, and data conversions, you’ll support clients in modernizing HR operations, streamlining processes, and successfully transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud. Join us and make a meaningful impact by driving successful Oracle HCM transformations through innovative technical solutions.

Your day-to-day

Lead discussions on HCM data conversions, integrations, reporting, application extensions and technical architecture across Oracle HCM modules;
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with orchestration, transformation, error handling, REST/SOAP services, JSON, XML, SQL, and PL/SQL;
Perform HCM data migration and conversion activities using HDL, HSDL, FBDI, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI;
Build and maintain Fast Formulas, reports, extracts, dashboards, and technical components supporting Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and related modules;
Troubleshoot technical issues, validate conversion data, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the implementation lifecycle;
Configure and manage flexfields, lookups, value sets, Functional Configuration Manager, and user-defined tables;
Support production environments by monitoring integrations, troubleshooting and resolving performance and technical issues , maintaining coding standards and best practices;
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Keys to your success

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM technical consulting or related technical roles;
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);
Experience with Oracle HCM technical tools such as HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and FBDI;
Experience configuring Oracle HCM technical components such as flexfields, lookups, value sets and Functional Configuration Manager;
Working knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, and Performance Management;
Strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML;
Knowledge of coding standards, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support best practices;
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly;
Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment and manage multiple priorities independently.

Extra edge

Exposure to Oracle Financial modules including AP, AR, and GL;
Experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBCS), Page Composer, Groovy, Java, or JDeveloper;
Experience working on large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and migration projects;
Oracle Cloud HCM or OIC certifications.
