Job Purpose
To manage customer service operations, handle service-related requirements, coordinate with technicians, ensure timely vehicle delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare and manage job cards accurately.
- Inspect vehicles and identify required repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor job progress.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Explain repair work and billing details to customers.
- Follow up with customers for service reminders and feedback.
- Monitor service revenue, labour sales, customer satisfaction and other assigned KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Tata Motors SOPs, service standards and safety procedures.
- Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental targets.
- Guide junior Service Advisors and coordinate with workshop staff.
Required Skills
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Good automobile technical knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of workshop and service processes.
- Job card, estimation and DMS knowledge.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team-handling ability.
- Target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant automobile dealership experience will be considered.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Experience in an authorized automobile dealership/workshop preferred.
- Tata Motors experience will be highly preferred.
- Candidate from Charama/Kanker/Dhamtari/Raipur region preferred.
- Valid driving licence required.
Salary
As per experience and candidate suitability.
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
