About the Role
We are looking for a disciplined and hands-on Finished Goods Yard Supervisor to manage the segregation, stacking, inventory, and dispatch readiness of AAC blocks in our manufacturing facility. The role requires strong attention to detail, workforce supervision skills, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records while minimizing breakage and wastage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise segregation of AAC blocks by size, grade, and quality.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of finished goods.
- Monitor and control breakage, damages, and rejection quantities.
- Maintain accurate daily stock records of finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Verify quantities and sizes before loading and dispatch.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) movement of finished goods.
- Supervise yard workers, forklift operators, and loading teams.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the yard.
- Prepare daily reports on stock, dispatches, breakage, and rejections.
- Support ERP/data entry teams by providing accurate inventory information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Any Degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, construction materials, AAC blocks, concrete products, bricks, blocks, cement, steel, or related industries.
- Experience in inventory management or yard supervision is preferred.
- Ability to supervise workers and enforce discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems, stock reporting).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment.
