About the Role
Ossom Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, convert enquiries into appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Contact new leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain clinic services, treatments, offers, and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
Appointment Management
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Send appointment reminders to minimize no-shows.
- Coordinate appointment availability with doctors and therapists.
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar.
Patient Follow-up
- Follow up with prospective patients who have not booked appointments.
- Contact existing patients for review appointments and treatment continuity.
- Gather patient feedback after treatments.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through regular follow-ups.
Sales & Revenue Support
- Achieve monthly appointment booking and conversion targets.
- Promote treatment packages, memberships, and seasonal offers.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable aesthetic services based on patient needs.
- Maintain high lead conversion and patient retention rates.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
