We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP PP Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training and mentor aspiring SAP professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on SAP PP (Production Planning) for students and working professionals.
- Conduct practical sessions using real-time industry scenarios and business case studies.
- Explain end-to-end Production Planning business processes and their implementation in SAP.
- Train students on master data configuration, production planning processes, and manufacturing workflows.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
- Guide students through hands-on exercises, implementation concepts, and interview preparation.
- Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and technical discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP PP features and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course content.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for technical interviews and certification exams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Operations) or SAP PP Certification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers/ 1+ years of experience in SAP PP implementation, consulting, support, end-user operations, or technical training.

- Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.

- Understanding of SAP PP integration with SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM, SAP PM, and SAP WM/EWM.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP is an added advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate real-time business scenarios and production workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
- Exposure to ERP consulting, production planning, or manufacturing industries.
- SAP Certification in PP is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA environment is an added advantage.
