Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive sales for IT solutions, video surveillance systems, advertising services, and other business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Promote the company's IT solutions, CCTV/video surveillance systems, advertising services, and other business offerings.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (IT solutions, security solutions, advertising, or related industries preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
