About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and crypto-savvy professional who combines trading expertise with community and ecosystem operations. This role is ideal for someone deeply involved in crypto markets, Web3 projects, and social-driven trading ecosystems (Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord).
You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying trading opportunities, and leveraging community platforms to drive insights, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze real-time crypto market trends, price movements, and trading patterns
- Perform news-based and sentiment analysis from Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, and global financial updates
- Identify high-potential trading opportunities using technical and fundamental analysis
- Monitor and manage crypto communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X) for insights and engagement
- Track whale movements, narratives, and market sentiment across social platforms
- Prepare daily/weekly market reports with actionable trading insights
- Support portfolio tracking and crypto project evaluation
- Assist in Web3 ecosystem operations, partnerships, and project coordination
- Contribute to growth strategies and marketing campaigns within crypto communities
- Evaluate emerging Web3 projects for collaboration or investment potential
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Crypto Markets & Blockchain Ecosystem
- Hands-on knowledge of crypto trading (spot/futures) and market behavior
- Ability to analyze Telegram groups, Twitter (X) trends, and community sentiment for trading signals
- Knowledge of technical analysis tools (charts, indicators, price action)
- Familiarity with DeFi platforms, wallets, and Web3 tools
- Basic understanding of smart contracts and tokenomics
- Strong communication and community management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volatility environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in crypto trading or portfolio management
- Prior involvement in Web3 or crypto communities/projects
- Understanding of on-chain analysis tools
- Experience using platforms like TradingView, Binance, DEX tools, Notion
- Interest in VC funding, startups, and scaling Web3 ecosystems

- This is a pure crypto trading + community-driven analysis role
