We are looking for a proactive and organized Academic Coordinator cum Documentation Executive to oversee academic operations, manage faculty schedules, monitor student progress, and ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all student and employee documentation in an organized manner.
- Verify, collect, and archive admission, enrollment, certification, and employee-related documents.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain records of course completion certificates, internship certificates, experience certificates, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation processes.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Track pending documents and follow up with students, faculty, and staff for submission.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of all records and documents.
- Assist in compliance, audit, and accreditation-related documentation requirements.
- Generate reports related to student registrations, certifications, and document status.
- Handle document dispatch, courier coordination, and record tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in academic coordination, education, or training management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
