Role Overview
Earthly Jewels is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can convert high-intent online leads into paying customers.
All leads are generated through our marketing efforts — your role is to engage, educate, build trust, and close deals via calls and chats.
This is not cold calling. This is smart selling to aware, research-driven customers.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound leads from ads (WhatsApp, website, forms, etc.)
- Connect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry
- Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, pricing, and design choices
- Build trust with modern, well-informed buyers
- Follow up consistently to move leads toward conversion
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM/tools
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth order closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Who You Are
- Strong command over English (spoken & written)
- Confident communicator with the ability to handle premium customers
- Good at understanding customer psychology and objections
- Patient, persuasive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling conversations on calls + WhatsApp
- Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
Preferred Experience (Freshers can apply too)
- Prior experience in sales / tele-calling / customer handling
- Experience in jewelry, luxury products, or high-value sales is a plus
- Familiarity with handling online leads (Meta ads, website inquiries, etc.)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
