Job Summary:
The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily factory operations, manage manpower, ensure quality production, and maintain safety standards while achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and workforce operations.
- Allocate work and manage manpower efficiently.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and timely completion of work.
- Ensure adherence to safety, operational, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with fabrication, production, and dispatch teams.
- Track material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Report production progress and challenges to management.

Qualification:
- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.

Pay: ₹12,346.02 - ₹62,046.69 per month
