About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can support business growth through lead generation, client communication, sales coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized, target-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on potential leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate E-KODY's training and consultancy solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and the internal team.
- Maintain and update lead and customer databases.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales conversion process.
- Prepare basic sales reports and track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with trainers, management, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Support day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
