Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and organized Director’s Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. The candidate should be capable of handling confidential information, coordinating with departments, managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and important documents
Coordinate with different departments for daily operational activities
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal/external communication on behalf of the Director
Maintain confidential files, records, and company documents
Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and management instructions
Assist in manpower coordination and departmental communication
Support in preparing reports related to production, quality, HR, costing, and operations
Organize meetings, events, and client visits
Ensure proper documentation and filing system
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email drafting
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
Time management and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of office administration and company operations
Qualification:
Graduate /MBA / Management-related qualification preferred
Preferred Industry:
Manufacturing / Engineering / Corporate Office
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
