Job Objective:
To ensure smooth IT operations across the organization, manage IT infrastructure, and provide technical support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Manage and monitor company-wide security systems and backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Support ERP and other company software applications.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices.
- Stay updated on latest technology trends relevant to the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.
- Hands-on experience with network management, servers, and IT troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and IT security protocols is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- After probation: 1 Saturday off per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,805.70 - ₹25,145.83 per month
