We are looking for skilled and responsible Site Supervisors to join our Modular Kitchen Manufacturing & Interior Execution Division. Candidates with experience in interior site supervision, modular kitchen execution, labor handling, and site coordination are encouraged to apply.

Role Definition
The Site Supervisor – Modular Kitchen & Interior Works will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of projects as per approved designs and quality standards. The role includes managing labor teams, coordinating with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and factory teams for smooth execution of interior and modular kitchen projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily site activities and ensure work execution as per project timelines.
2. Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, carpenters, and installation teams.
3. Monitor labor productivity, attendance, and work quality at allocated sites.
4. Ensure modular kitchen and interior installations are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
5. Coordinate material delivery, unloading, storage, and usage at site.
6. Maintain proper communication between site teams, factory teams, and management.
7. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship without compromise.
8. Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion of each stage.
9. Maintain daily work reports, site updates, and issue escalation records.
10. Ensure safety practices and proper discipline are maintained at all sites.
Pre-Requisite Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision / Modular Kitchen Execution.
- Experience in handling labor teams and coordinating multiple site activities.
- Good knowledge of modular kitchen installation and interior execution processes.
- Experience in coordinating with carpenters, vendors, contractors, and factory teams.
- Ability to read basic drawings and execute work as per design requirements.
