Production Helper – Roles & Responsibilities
Job Role: Production Helper
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Depends on interview and experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the production team in daily manufacturing activities.
- Help in packing, labeling, and handling products properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Support machine operators and supervisors during production work.
- Arrange and manage raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow company safety guidelines and production procedures.
- Check products for basic quality standards before packing.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the production unit.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given time frame.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of production and factory work.
- Hardworking and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good physical stamina and time management.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
