Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive with experience in IDS Property Management System (PMS) to manage front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, billing, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage room reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications using IDS PMS.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments regarding room status.
- Update guest information and reservation details in the IDS system.
- Maintain daily reports, occupancy records, and shift handover documentation.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to reservation inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and guest service standards.
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or additional facilities whenever possible.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with IDS Property Management System (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office operations in a hotel or resort.
- Experience using IDS PMS is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
