Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the designated region.
- Develop and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and key business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team (ASM, SO, SR, etc.).
- Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Ensure timely collections and monitor outstanding payments.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting systems, and sales processes.
- Drive both primary and secondary sales across the region.
- Implement sales promotions, marketing activities, and product campaigns.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure product availability in the market.
- Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Evaluate team performance and implement corrective action plans where required.
- Support successful launches of new products in the assigned territory.
- Address customer complaints and resolve market-related issues promptly.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to monitor business operations.
- Achieve revenue, collection, and profitability objectives set by the company.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
