Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience to join our Podcast & Video Production Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and social media content creation. The candidate will be responsible for editing podcasts, interviews, promotional videos, corporate films, product videos, and short-form content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit podcasts, interviews, corporate videos, promotional films, product videos, and event highlights.
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Synchronize audio and video, perform color correction, sound balancing, and basic audio cleanup.
- Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects where required.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Organize and manage project files, footage, and media assets efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high production quality.
- Assist during podcast and video shoots when required.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, AI-powered editing tools, and social media content trends.
- Maintain backup and archival of completed projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition (or equivalent audio editing software).
- Experience in color grading, motion graphics, and audio editing.
- Understanding of different video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings.
- Ability to create engaging social media content with fast turnaround times.
- Basic knowledge of camera workflows, lighting, and cinematography is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and subtitle generation tools.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Editing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in video editing or motion graphics are an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Experience editing podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos, reels, and corporate content.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous editing work is mandatory.
Pay: ₹10,199.86 - ₹33,942.47 per month
