Transport Logistics Incoming Goods

Ensure that the loading/unloading, storing, and packing/unpacking of incoming goods, materials and technical parts is controlled and that the activities are performed in accordance with the production plans.

Ensure that all incoming goods activities such as scanning, systems maintenance, inventory levels and materials data processing, etc. are properly managed and coordinated.

Ensure that the actions of non-conformance to procedures/standards are detected and initiate corrective actions, ensure that the commodities are inspected for conformity with other specifications and checked for defects.

Ensure that all relevant documentation and data (e.g., quantities, weight, etc.) in responsibility is available and up to date.

Ensure that the service/industrial trucks are properly maintained, well equipped and in technical readiness.

Lead, direct, manage and coordinate a team of employees in responsibility.
Warehousing/Inventory Management

Directs and controls warehouse activities (layout, equipment, processes) to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods.

Material identification & FIFO visualization

Coordinates activities with external warehouses that serve M+H products.

Effective utilization of warehouse space

Achieve higher ITR.

Eliminate wastage due to damage, mishandling & obsolescence.

Plan and schedule the inventory to meet the organization’s needs by overseeing the ordering of products; and assist in coordinating delivery schedules with shippers and customers.
Develop and recommend improvements in inventory, warehouse, and logistics practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs
Program Planning

Ensure that the customer orders are planned and managed by considering the inventories, deadlines, capacities, quantities etc.

Ensure that the customer visits to the plant are properly planned and organized, serve as a main point of contact for the customers as regards the logistics issues

Ensure the coordination of the SOP (Start of Production) and EOP (End of Production) in cooperation with the customers and the internal departments considering the material supplies and the optimization of the inventories.

Ensure the development and implementation of new and existing logistics processes.

Ensure the development and implementation of new procedures, tools, and equipment in responsibility and ensure the continuous improvement of the processes and systems.

Analyze the process results and problems, initiate corrective actions in case of deviations.

Ensure that the project stages are adequately managed, and deadlines are met, ensure that the customer and supplier conditions and requirements are considered.
