Job Title: Quality Inspector (Plastic Extrusion)
Job Overview:
We are Hiring a Quality Inspector to monitor and inspect our plastic extrusion production line to ensure all finished products meet our strict quality and dimensional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect product dimensions, wall thickness, and surface finish during extrusion runs.
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and weighing scales.
- Identify production defects, separate rejected materials, and maintain daily quality logs.
- Ensure final packaging and product specifications match the required standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in Plastic Extrusion or a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Proficient with precision measuring tools and basic documentation.
