We are looking for a dynamic and people - centric HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - Human Resources
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives , enhancing employee experience and supporting business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end - to - end recruitment and selection process
- Oversee onboarding , induction and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR policies , procedures and ensure statutory compliance
- Handle Performance management process and employee relations.
- Support HR operations including payroll coordination , attendance and HRMS
Ideal Candidate
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 3 - 6 years relevant role of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
