We are a leading Kolkata-based stockist and authorized distributor of premier industrial electrical brands, specializing in 3M (Cable Jointing Kits, Busbar Sleeves, HT Tapes) and Dowells (Lugs, Glands, Crimping Tools). To support our rapid market expansion, we are establishing a dedicated on-ground presence in Odisha to directly service the state's booming industrial, power, and infrastructure sectors.
We are looking for a highly motivated Resident Field Sales Executive based in Odisha to drive regional business growth, conduct daily client site visits, and represent our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct regular on-ground visits to EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Cement Units, and Electrical Contractors across major industrial hubs in Odisha (Bhubaneswar/Cuttack, Jharsuguda, Kalinganagar, Angul, Rourkela, etc.).
- On-Site Technical Selling: Meet site engineers, project managers, and procurement leads to specify 3M Cable Accessories and Dowells Termination Products for ongoing projects and maintenance requirements.
- Inquiry to Order Conversion: Collect Bill of Quantities (BOQs), generate inquiries, deliver quotes (coordinating with Kolkata HQ), follow up aggressively, and close orders.
- Daily Field Reporting: Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) via CRM/WhatsApp detailing visits made, discussions held, leads generated, and expected order closures.
- Payment Collection & Support: Ensure timely payment collections from clients in Odisha and assist with necessary tax/dispatch documentation.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Must be residing in Odisha (Bhubaneswar/Cuttack or key industrial belts preferred).
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Graduate in Science/Commerce.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on field sales experience in Odisha's industrial or electrical market (cables, switchgears, cable accessories, industrial hardware, or consumables).
- Skills:
- Strong local market knowledge and existing contacts with electrical contractors, panel builders, or industrial plants in Odisha.
- Fluent in Odia and Hindi (English communication is a plus).
- Self-driven and capable of working independently without physical office supervision.
- Travel: 100% field-oriented role. Must possess a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license and be comfortable traveling extensively across the state.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
