Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives and Associates for multiple international customer support processes in Jaipur. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and relevant experience depending on the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice, email, and chat support.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach.
- Manage customer concerns, complaints, and service-related queries efficiently.
- Work with internal teams and follow process guidelines to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions as required.
- Handle international customer support processes, including e-commerce and US-based processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply, depending on the process.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome for suitable processes.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required for experienced roles, including:
- International BPO
- Customer Support
- Customer Service
- US Collections
- Voice Process
- Non-Voice / Email / Chat Support
- E-commerce Customer Support
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
Salary
- Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 CTC, based on experience, skills, and process requirements.
Work Schedule
- 5.5 days working
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Facilities
- Cab facility available for eligible employees during applicable odd-hour shifts.
- Travel allowance/support may be provided as per company policy and process requirements.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with excellent English communication skills.
- Customer-focused professionals with experience in international customer support.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
