About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation and outbound sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
