Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Design recruitment strategies, manage headhunting efforts, and conduct interviews for critical roles. Oversee comprehensive onboarding and induction programs.
- Performance & Talent Management: Administer performance review procedures, such as annual and \(360^{\circ }\) evaluations. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement fair HR policies, ensuring they comply with local labor legislation and regulations. Conduct audits and manage confidential employee records.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, labor law concerns, and grievances. Drive engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace morale.
- Compensation & Payroll: Manage payroll processing, assist in designing benefits packages, and review departmental budgets and compensation metrics.
Core Competencies
- HR Software Proficiency: Experience managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, cost-per-hire) to guide strategic decision-making.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of state and central labor laws, statutory compliances, and government regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. An MBA or advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Typically 2 years of progressive experience in HR Management, employee development, or generalist roles
Pay: ₹15,120.42 - ₹20,120.42 per month
