As we move into our next phase of growth, we are building the operating backbone that will take Ripik from a high-velocity scale-up to a category-defining global industrial AI company.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to manufacturing companies in the US market to introduce ’s AI solutions
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders such as Plant Heads, Operations Managers, Supply Chain Heads, Production Managers, CIOs, and CTOs
- Clearly articulate ’s value proposition in a simple, confident, and compelling manner
- Schedule product demos / discovery calls for the sales and solutioning team
- Follow up consistently on warm leads and nurture them through email and calls
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and targeting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT services, AI, or enterprise solutions
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical products in a business-friendly way
Location: Sector-16, Noida (Remote):
- Twice a week in office for 1 – 2hrs for leadership review.
- 5 days a week
- Working timing US shifts (working time 9.00pm IST to 6.00am IST)
