Job Summary
As an Onboarding Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with new users/leads, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth and successful activation on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call new leads/customers and explain the onboarding process
- Assist users in completing KYC and documentation
- Guide customers step-by-step in app/portal usage
- Verify user details and ensure data accuracy
- Follow up with pending users to complete onboarding
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales/ops/support)
- Achieve onboarding and activation targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Strong communication skills (Hindi, Bengali & basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Experience in fintech / NBFC / banking process
- Understanding of KYC, loans, or financial products
- CRM tools experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
