We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric CRM Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our organization and our clients from the moment a lead is generated through to post-sales service and registration. You will manage customer data, handle inquiries, resolve grievances, and ensure a seamless buying experience that drives customer satisfaction and referrals.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead & Database Management
- Maintain, update, and organize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software daily.
- Track the complete customer lifecycle from initial inquiry, site visits, booking, to final possession.
- Segment the database to assist marketing teams in targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns.
2. Client Relationship & Communication
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients after the initial booking is made.
- Provide timely updates to buyers regarding construction milestones, payment schedules, and project timelines.
- Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and grievances professionally and promptly.
3. Post-Sales & Documentation Coordination
- Manage post-sales documentation, including booking forms, allotment letters, and Agreement for Sale (AFS).
- Coordinate with the accounts team to track payment milestones, send demand letters, and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Assist clients with the home loan documentation process and coordinate with partner banks for disbursements.
- Facilitate the legal registration process and final handovers/possession of the property.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly CRM reports on lead conversion rates, collection status, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in the sales and service workflow.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a CRM Executive, Customer Relationship Officer, or Post-Sales Executive specifically within the Real Estate industry.
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with real estate CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sell.Do, Zoho CRM, StrategicERP, or similar platforms) and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
- Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high patience, strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach to documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
