Role Overview:
Support and execute B2B marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition, client development, and long-term relationship management across Pan India operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and expand the client base.
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping.
- Support client onboarding processes and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and regional teams to ensure seamless client communication and service delivery.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently.
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and business communication materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums when required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
- Client-focused approach with relationship-building ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate across multiple regions (Pan India exposure preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
