Hiring: Project Engineer – Civil & Interiors
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture
Mandatory Requirement:
- Must have hands-on experience in hotel construction/hospitality projects
Key Skills:
- Civil construction and interior fit-out execution
- Finishing works, BOQ, QA/QC, and contractor management
- Project planning, site execution, and stakeholder coordination
- AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of civil, structural, finishing, and interior works
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and hotel stakeholders
- Monitor project quality, safety, timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and project specifications
