Responsible for the execution and management of solar power projects above 1 MW capacity across the entire Karnataka State.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC / RESCO / Renewable Energy Project Execution.
- Mandatory experience in the execution of solar power projects above 1 MW capacity.
- Candidates with experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Utility-Scale, Rooftop, and Ground-Mounted Solar Projects will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of solar power projects above 1 MW capacity under the RESCO model.
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works at project sites.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with MNRE, CEA, and Karnataka DISCOM regulations.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and construction progress across multiple sites.
- Plan procurement, testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and successful project handover.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Travel extensively across Karnataka to supervise and manage project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Solar EPC and RESCO project execution.
- Proven experience handling above 1 MW solar power projects.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of commissioning, net metering, grid synchronization, and electrical safety standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Candidate Preference
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Candidates from Mangaluru are highly preferred.
- Relevant experience in above 1 MW Solar EPC/RESCO projects is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
