Key Requirements
Good communication in Marathi Hindi and English
Experience in Sales Business Development or Field Sales preferred
Experience in loans finance or financial products is an advantage
Strong customer handling and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to travel for customer meetings
Roles and Responsibilities
Visit customers and generate new business opportunities
Explain TallyCapital products and conduct eligibility checks
Generate leads through existing customers CA GSTP and references
Guide customers through the loan application process
Coordinate with internal teams and update lead status in CRM
Handle customer queries professionally after training
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

20 customer visits
50 eligibility checks
8 applications generated
5 applications submitted
20 Lakhs loan disbursement target
ESP Support Program
Duration 3 Months
Incentive Support 15000 or 50 percent whichever is lower
Daily activity reporting and regular attendance mandatory
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
