Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage day-to-day human resource operations, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, performance management, and HR administration. The candidate will work closely with management and department heads to ensure smooth staffing and effective employee management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate recruitment for doctors, nurses, RMOs, paramedical staff, administrative staff, and other hospital employees.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, experience letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Manage employee joining, induction, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, leave, late-coming, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and other employee-related information.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational rules.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Conduct regular employee engagement and feedback activities.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and maintain performance records.
- Work with department heads to identify manpower requirements and staffing gaps.
- Ensure adequate staffing across departments and coordinate replacement hiring when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
- Support management in creating a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience; healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
