Sourcing & Piping: Proactively source qualified candidates using multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, qualifications, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and internal department heads or senior management.
Job Postings: Create, update, and manage clear and attractive job descriptions on various job boards and career pages.
Offer Management: Facilitate the final selection process, negotiate compensation packages within company budgets, and issue formal offer letters.
Pre-boarding & Documentation: Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date, verify documents, conduct reference/background checks, and hand over the file to the onboarding team.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
