Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for a leading consumer electronics manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, vendor development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Drive demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support manufacturing schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead time, quality, and cost metrics.
- Optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, fill rate, and logistics costs.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is preferred.
Experience
- 13–20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within Consumer Electronics, Electrical Appliances, or Manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory functions.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
